FAQ: VIP Issues

If you are experiencing any issues with a payment or a transaction you made or anything related with donations, the VIP Issue section is the right place for you.

However, if you want to make a custom donation or a custom transfer, or you just want to purchase something with VIP Points that is not in our Item Store, you should go to our Custom VIP Request section and make a thread there.

This thread will be a guide, based on the most common/frequent questions that people have been asking.


My account has been banned, why and what should I do?

Your account has been banned for either breaking our player rules or doing a charge back (payment reversal). Either way, the VIP Issue section is not the right section to appeal bans.

You have to log in on the forums with your banned account and click on the "Forum" tab. The only section that you'll be able to see will be our Ban Appeal section. In order to get more information on why your account has been suspended, you'll have to make a thread there. How to make a Ban Appeal

If your account has been banned due to a payment reversal, the ban appeal will be forwarded to Me (the Donation Admin), otherwise, it'll be handled by our Senior GMs.

How to become a VIP member and how to claim my VIP trinket?

A $1 donation is all it takes to make you a VIP member, but for "full" VIP you will need to spend at least $20 for donation items. This will give you access to a VIP only area via the VIP Trinket!

To get the VIP Trinket go to your account page and in the drop down box next to your character select Send VIP Trinket from the Action drop down box. You will receive the Trinket via in-game mailbox.


How can I purchase custom gear sets for my characters?

We do not allow any custom sets that players have requests. All available donatioin sets can be found in the Item store

My donor characters have been permanently deleted, how can I restore them?

We do account clean ups from time to time and delete the characters that have been inactive for more than 6 months, but we do not delete donor characters.

Although, mistakes can happen. If your character has been deleted, all you need to do is make a thread in the VIP Issue section and wait until we investigate your account and refund back your donor items.

My VIP Points are still missing, what's wrong?

If your donation went through, but you did not receive your VIP Points, there are a few things you should look out for.

  • You might have your VIP Points on hold. You should look out for a pop-up box on your webpage on the top where our Eternal-WoW banner is, asking you to confirm your identity, in order to receive your points.
  • Your donation did not go through and it shows as "pending" under your VIP Purchase Transactions box on your account page. This would mean that the problem is on your end and you should contact the service provider that you used to make the payment and ask them what's wrong and why your points are still missing.
  • If you can see your payment as "completed" under your VIP Purchase Transactions box on your account page, and you used Skrill or Paymentwall, you should make a thread in the VIP Issue section providing the information request here. Your thread will be forwarded to the Billing Team.
  • If you used our new payment provider, There is sometimes a delay with processing payments via our new payment options that interface through payment provider. They have their own checks that they perform in order to clear a payment through their fraud filters.

However, if you have still not received your points after a day, you can start an inquiry into the missing points by going to the Purchase VIP tab page, then clicking on the link that says "Missing Points?". Then click on the blue button that says "Start an Inquiry" to have our payment processor look into the pending order.


Note: Please keep in mind that depending on the services that you used, it may take a few hours up to a day (24hours) in order to receive your VIP Points.

I'm not satisfied/I made a mistake with a donation, can I get a refund?

Like stated in our Terms of Service (http://eternal-wow.com/server/tos/), we do not provide refunds under any circumstances. This means that when it comes to purchasing VIP Items from our store, you should be careful.

We will consider making an exception only if you contact us in a period of 48 hours after the purchase has been made and it will still be done under some conditions stated by us. Keep in mind that if you ever get such an exception, it'll be a once every 6 month deal.

I would like to get my VIP Items refunded back into VIP points, so I can buy items on the same realm for a different character, is that possible?

We can not refund your items back into VIP Points, because this is not something we provide. However, you can transfer your items to whatever character you want, as long as it's on the same account and realm.

Depending on the items you are transferring you'll need a certain amount of item transfers. The items that you'll choose have to be with equal or lesser value to the items your purchased. If they cost more, you have to pay the difference between them.

I would like to refund all of my VIP Items from a character and turn them back into VIP Points, how do I go about doing this?

We have a customer loyalty feature that allows a player to refund all of his gear on a certain character back into VIP Points. This loyalty program would allow you to purchase items on a different character without having to purchase item transfers.

The following requirements must be met to qualify for this program.

  • Donations must be at least 9 months old
  • Donations must be at least $500.
  • Donations must all be made by the same person.
  • Donations can be made across multiple accounts. (Please post all accounts in request)

Note: Both accounts must have donations that are at least 9 Months old, if there are multiple donors on your account, your request will be denied, because we won't be able to verify who the real owner is.

If you do meet the requirements stated above, there will be two options to choose from:

  • Your character will be permanently deleted and all of the VIP gear that you had on him will be refunded back into VIP Points with a 10% fee.
  • If you wish to keep your character, your VIP gear will be manually removed by a Super or a Senior GM in-game and the VIP Points will be refunded with a 10% fee.

Other rules of this program:

  • This can only be done once a year.
  • It can only be done by one character at a time, i.e one character per request.
  • Percentages will increase by 10% for every refund requested.

I want to transfer my items to a different realm, how do I go about doing that?

We have a customer loyalty feature that allows a player to perform realm to realm item transfers after at least 9 months donations and after spending $20. This loyalty program would allow you to transfer your armor or weapons between realms in the future with the regular item transfer fee.

I want to transfer my items to a different account, how do I go about doing that?

We have a customer loyalty feature that allows a player to perform account to account item transfers after at least 9 months of donations and after spending $50. This loyalty program would allow you to transfer your armor or weapons between accounts in the future with the regular item transfer fee.

We would also need you to make a $1 purchase with the same Skrill account you have on your main VIP account.

This is to verify you are the owner, and to link the accounts together in case of a charge-back (they will both be banned).

Once this is done we will also contact you via that Skrill e-mail to verify it's really you.

Note: If there are multiple donors on your account, your request will be denied, because we won't be able to verify who the real owner is.

I have more than one account and I donated on the wrong one by accident, is it possible to transfer the VIP Points?

As long as you are able to prove that you are the owner of those accounts, yes those points can be transferred.

To do so:

  • You would have to verify your billing information by providing a document that shows your name and address and upload it to our website at http://eternal-wow.com/vip/ within the next 3 days. You can also access this webpage by our home page by clicking the Purchase VIP tab. If you are unable to upload the document, you can send it by email to [email protected]
  • Have donations on both accounts with the same Skrill account.

When transferring VIP Points between accounts, if the total value of the VIP Points equals 1000 VIP Points or lower there would be no transfer fee, however if you are transferring more than 1000 VIP Points, there would be a 10% transferring fee out of the total amount of VIP Points you are transferring.

Note: Both accounts must have donations that are at least 9 Months old, if there are multiple donors on your account, your request will be denied, because we won't be able to verify who the real owner is.

Can I gift some VIP Points to a friend?

Beginning June 2016, we will be accepting VIP Gift Requests from players that wish to gift their friends some VIP Points. Please see below for our program details. Requests can be made by making a post at VIP Gifting.

  • ID must be submitted to both the gifter and recipient that undoubtedly identifies the uploader as the owner of the account. Should a discrepency between the donation information present on the account and the ID be found, the request may be denied.
  • Accounts that have crossed the threshold of 2 independent chargeback/reversal events will not be allowed to gift other accounts. If the recipient's account has had history of chargebacks, it will not affect the request.
  • The minimum amount that can be gifted is $15 USD or 1500 VIP Points.
  • Gifting Amounts of 1500 VIP - 2999 VIP will be subject to a 5% fee. Any gifting requests that is 3000 VIP or more will have the fee waived.
  • Decision of the request is ultimately at the discretion of the Donation Team.
  • Please note that gifted points will not count towards Customer Loyalty Program requirements for the recipient. It will however, count for the original donor.

My donor account was hacked and now I cannot login to it.
